Activating Lead Retrieval for any of your events is easy! Just follow the steps below to get started.
Activate Lead Retrieval
Start from the home screen in the Socio Platform and follow these steps to find and activate Lead Retrieval for any of your events.
Setting up Lead Retrieval
Before you can activate Lead Retrieval, an Event must already be created and have Exhibitors/Sponsors added. Once completed, you’re ready to add Lead Retrieval Licenses for the event!
You must have an event created and set up under My Events before you can activate Lead Retrieval. Note: Make sure you are using an upcoming event, as events that have been Completed are not eligible for Lead Retrieval.
Exhibitors / Sponsors
After an event is created, either the Exhibitors or Sponsors feature must be created and contain content. If you prefer to wait, these features can still be added after activation of Lead Retrieval.
Lead Retrieval Licenses
